During this period of time, I was able to do certain workouts to improve my upper body strength. In fact, I already had a workout routine just for this as I have it listed on my phone. My workout routine consisted of a certain amount of push-ups, squats, weightlifting, a two-minute plank, pull ups, and inverse crunches. This workout typically lasts me around an hour and a half to 2 hours and a half. When I get too comfortable with the amount of reps I usually do in my workout, I slightly increase the reps so it's manageable for me. Additionally, after my workout I go on a decently long run to cool myself down. Then, I drink protein shakes, an absurdly amount of water, and then I eat a protein based meal. In most cases, I eat eggs because it's my specialty. This workout went well as it usually does, but I did have to decrease some of the reps that I'm used to because I had not worked out in weeks.

This week I was engaged with my choir for my church. As I might've mentioned previously, choir is not as it was previously because of the transition to online. We were pushed to use zoom instead of rehearsing in person because of COVID-19. Additionally, we decided to rehearse muted because of zoom lag and feedback errors. However, this did not stop me from rehearsing. Also, we were required to submit audio of us singing and then a voice-over of the audio. I did not manage to do the voice-over, but I did manage to give audio for the choir to use. This was put in an online service for our whole church to see while we remained socially distanced. On the contrary, although it might have been a socially distant activity, it was nice to see some friends and familiar faces during this time. I was also able to catch up with them as we were put in different "zoom rooms" depending on what section we were in.
